Everything was perfect; rooms, breakfast, staff, cleaness, facilities, parking, spa, roof bar, everything... Not in the downtown, but only 5 minutes walk to restaurants and cafes but also there is a very nice typical Greek restaurant (Ouzeri) 100 meters far from the hotel. Hotel also has a very nice bar and a restaurant at roof.

This is a hotel in the city's focal point. Next to the beautiful valley of Serres for enjoyable walks in the green all year round, with wonderful views. Close to the City Centre (5-7 minutes) walk. And if you want to visit and the lovely Santa John with the Green and the Lake will not take you more than 5 minutes with the car. The hotel provides a sophisticated and warm environment for all types of travellers

Nice hotel, 1,5 km from city center, very good breakfast, big and clean rooms, helpfull stuff. Cosy location, with pool and a roof top terrace. Stayed there twice, we recommend it! Free wifi, maybe the best hotel in Serres.

A nicely renovated hotel in a great location. Very close to the center of town (walking distance) but in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool and jacuzzi is free for all guests and spa treatments are available for reasonable prices. Very spacious rooms with all amenities Nice breakfast and cuisine. For the price it's highly recommend

Perfect hotel at a very convenient, peaceful & cosy location, just about 10 min walk from the city centre of Serres. In addition, at a very close distance (2-3 mins walk) there is a huge park where you can have a walk and relax, The rooms are rather spacious, recently renovated, but the jewel of the hotel is thei inner pool, a really heated one, which accompanied by the free use of a huge jacuzzi make your stay unforgettable experience and help you realx 100 %. A strong recommendation !

I had a short stay in Serres on 24th March and booked to stay in Philippos hotel. I was surprised with the quality of this hotel in all levels: beautifully decorated, very clean, very very specious rooms (!!), free wifi for those need to work on holidays, very kind and smiley staff, very nice view from the roof garden and last but not least super price for all these services. I will definitely stay again in this amazing hotel.

Philippos Xenia is a lovely Hotel offering service with a smile, excellent cuisine and beautiful views of the small but precious Valley of Serres. We were treated with great professionalism but such a personalised service at the same time! Try the La Vista roof Garden restaurant both for dinner and coctails!! We will definately be back!

Stayed at the Philippos Xenia Hotel in March 2013 and was extremely pleased. The rooms were nicely decorated and well kept. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The conference hall was large, with a large window to the side letting in natural light, which is unusual. Very good breakfast with local delicacies!
